Unmatched is the critically acclaimed, best-selling game of tactical combat between unlikely opponents. Unmatched: Hell's Kitchen is a stand-alone expansion for the Unmatched system, featuring three characters from the Marvel comics universe: Daredevil, Elektra, and Bullseye. Daredevil is a melee fighter with push-your-luck style gameplay. Hit your foes hard and fast to succeed. Elektra resurrects on her first defeat and becomes steadily more powerful as the game progresses, assisted by four sidekicks. Bullseye is a ranged character who can attack from five spaces away. Many of his attacks have double effects. Unmatched is an asymmetrical miniature fighting game for two or four players, focusing on tactical movement and no-luck combat resolution to create a unique experience every time you play. Unmatched rewards expertise - but with new expansions being released regularly, there will always be new heroes to test your skills. Heroes each have a unique deck of abilities tailored to their style and legend, meaning there is plenty to explore and a favourite out there for everyone. Combat is resolved quickly through attack and defence cards. However, each card's unique effects, and a simple but deep timing system, lead to interesting decisions every round. The game also features an updated version of the line-of-sight system from Tannhäuser for ranged attacks and area effects.
